The blob of moisture of the Gulf that had so much “potential” is now officially a Tropical Storm. This means absolutely nothing to Florida. Tropical Storm Cindy never was, and never will produce much wind or surge. It will, however, result in a nearly continuous moderate to heavy rain over the western half of the Florida Panhandle Wednesday and Thursday. Flooding will be a concern in some spots.
Tropical Cindy Update Tuesday Evening
